Our regular format for billing is at an hourly rate and is applied to all the services that we provide. Each case requires a five hour retainer which is applied to the total invoice upon case completion.

Time spent for an average of 500 pages of medical records varies based on the medical complexity of the patient, but generally does not exceed 10 hours.
